Announcements day of sale take precedence.

Bidder registration requires a valid, state, photo identification card.

Out-of-state bidders are required to show two forms of identification: a valid, state, photo I.D. and a major credit card.

Out-of-state bidders must pay by cash (U.S. currency) or use MC/VISA - no out of state checks will be accepted -  unless prior arrangements have been made.

If you are paying by check, are unknown to the auction staff, and have made no prior credit approval arrangements, you will be photographed for security purposes and may only write a check for an amount no greater than $200.00 - no exceptions!

There will be a 3% buyer's premium in effect with a 3% discount for cash & checks.

All items are sold "AS-IS", "WHERE-IS" without any expressed or implied warranties.

You take possession of and are responsible for the items you purchase when Alan says sold and acknowledges you as being the high bidder.

Internet, Phone and U.S. mail absentee bids are subject to a 10% buyer's premium.

We accept U.S. currency,  MC / VISA, and personal checks - if known to auction staff.

All items must be paid for before removing them from the sale site.

All items must be removed from the sale site on the day of sale - unless special arrangements are made.

Estate Auction Pros and owner(s) of auction items are not responsible for accidents day of sale.
