Announcements day of sale take precedence.

Bidder registration requires a valid, state, photo identification card.

Out-of-state bidders are required to show two forms of identification: a valid, state, photo I.D. and a major credit card.

Out-of-state bidders must pay by cash (U.S. currency) or use MC/VISA - no out of state checks will be accepted - unless prior arrangements have been made.

If you are paying by check, are unknown to the auction staff, and have made no prior credit approval arrangements, you will be photographed for security purposes and may only write an amount no greater than $50.00 - no exceptions!

A 5% buyer's premium will be in effect in order to help offset some of the tremendous cost associated with bringing this sale to auction in a clean, comfortable, and convenient hall setting.

A 3% convenience fee will be added to your total purchase price when paying via MC/VISA.

All items are sold "AS-IS", "WHERE-IS" with NO expressed or implied warranties or guarantees.

You take possession of and are responsible for the items you purchase when Alan says sold and acknowledges you as being the high bidder.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF YOUR ITEM IS LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED AFTER YOU TAKE POSESSION.

All items must be paid for before removing them from the sale site.
